Coaching is my Feels-Like-A-Saturday-Here or FLASH! In terms of my work, FLASH! is what I can not do. When I wake up to a day of coaching, it Feels Like a Saturday here. My purpose is to help others create more Feels-Like-A-Saturday. I imagine what our world might be like if we all had more of that.
I'm Coach Toni, an experienced Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and ICF Professionally Certified Coach (PCC). In my corporate life, I led up, down, and across, with what I subsequently learned was an informal coach approach. I became officially accredited as a coach through graduate studies at Royal Roads University and continue my studies, particularly in neuroscience, somatic transformation, and mental fitness. This is my calling.
I’ve worked with amazing humans in many levels, stages, and contexts to help deepen their self-awareness and confidence, strengthen relationships and performance, and create calmer wellbeing, from within and out to others.
The result? Immediate and observable improvements in their work, relationships, and life.
It is my honour, and a big part of my FLASH!, working with fabulous people worldwide, partnering with them to help them expand, move forward, and enjoy remarkable things.
